U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AmCham Mongolia hosts Business Forum and Dinner with His Excellency Ch. Saikhanbileg, Prime Minister of Mongolia
Washington, DC – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Mongolia hosted His Excellency Chimed Saikhanbileg, Prime Minister of Mongolia for a Business Forum and Dinner at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC on Thursday, June 25, 2015. The event convened representatives from the Mongolian Government, the U.S. Government, and Mongolian and American leaders of the private sector representing a wide range of industries committed to strengthening the commercial and political ties between the U.S. and Mongolia.
Tami Overby, Senior Vice President for Asia at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, welcomed Prime Minister Saikhanbileg and noted, “Mongolia is a very important political ally and commercial partner for America. The Chamber is committed to promoting trade and investment opportunities between our countries and fostering a robust engagement between our business communities.”
His Excellency Ch. Saikhanbileg, Prime Minister of Mongolia, thanked the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AmCham Mongolia for hosting the event and remarked “Mongolia is back for business and my priority is the economy. I hope to stand shoulder to shoulder with the United States as Mongolia works to improve our economy and create a business-friendly environment.”
