Oyu Tolgoi hosted a “Career Exposure Day” on Women’s Day, in collaboration with Dalanzadgad Polytechnic College, and hosted over 40 girls to inform them about various challenges and opportunities women face in the mining industry. They held study groups and workshops to improve female representation in the mining and resource industry.
