We would like to extend a warm invitation to you to join us for a CSR tree-planting event, proudly sponsored by Barloworld Mongolia, Herbalife, and Oriflame Mongolia.

This event provides an excellent chance for us to work together to positively impact our society and the environment in order to fight climate change, soil and air pollution, and to align with Mongolia's worldwide pledge to plant one billion trees by 2030.

The tree planting event will be held on May 13 at the National Garden Park (Үндэсний цэцэрлэгт хүрээлэн) in the morning. We'll inform you about the exact starting time once it is confirmed with the park.

The event will include a brief introduction of sponsors and a host, followed by a demonstration of proper tree-planting techniques. We will then begin planting trees in the designated area.

We feel that this event will not only benefit the environment, but will also provide an excellent opportunity for networking and relationship development within our community. We hope you will join us in supporting this worthy cause.

Please RSVP before May 10, by sending an email ([email protected]) of informing how many of your colleagues are planning to attend and provide the name, email of a team leader for update. Up to ten individuals from each member company are eligible to attend and further updates will be made through the designated team leader.

AmCham will be covering your commitment by publicizing it on social media platforms on the day of the event.
