Sendly NBFI has become the first Mongolian company to issue an “Arirang” bond on South Korea’s capital market, successfully launching a 10-year, KRW 2 billion bond underwritten by Rhinos Investment Securities and acquired by Rhinos Asset Management. To further strengthen cooperation, Sendly NBFI and Rhinos Asset Management have entered into a strategic partnership agreement, marking a significant milestone in cross-border financial collaboration between Mongolia and South Korea.
An “Arirang” bond refers to a Korean won–denominated bond issued in South Korea by foreign entities. This successful issuance highlights Mongolia’s growing engagement in international capital markets and sets an important precedent for cross-border financing.
